BizAway is looking for a Travel Agent with experience in customer care call centers to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of previous experience in Travel Industry
- Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian and Spanish (B2 and up)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check
