The Bizzell Group is seeking a Residential Advisor to provide student support and perform paraprofessional duties in a 24/7 dormitory setting. This role involves supervising students, handling classroom routines, and ensuring a safe and secure environment. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Ensures orderly, clean living conditions by scheduling and supervising clean-up.
- Supervises students in the cafeteria, laundry, center activities, and other areas.
- Identifies and assists students with special problems.
- Maintains communication with counselors, instructors, and staff.
- Acts as a team player and builds professional relationships.
- Demonstrates professionalism when interacting with others.
