Job Description
BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Assistant Club Manager in Training (AMIT) to provide leadership and direction within the club and drive club performance. The AMIT will work closely with the Club Manager and other leaders to oversee daily operations across assigned departments, emphasizing business acumen, accountability, team engagement, and flawless execution of club standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager
- High school diploma and/or college degree
- Completion of company training program
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)
