Job Description
The Bakery Lead is responsible for overseeing bakery production and operational standards within the bakery department at BJ's Wholesale Club. This role ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, maintains product quality and freshness, and optimizes inventory management. A valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification is required and must be maintained in good standing.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in bakery operations, retail, or food production
- Strong knowledge of bakery production processes and food safety guidelines
- Ability to analyze data and make process improvements to optimize efficiency
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email)
