Closing Manager Full Time

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Closing Manager to provide leadership and direction within the club, driving club performance and maintaining policies and procedures. The Closing Manager will lead the Assistant Closing Manager, Recovery team, and Utility team, and be responsible for maintaining GOLD Member Standards, ensuring a positive service experience for members, and delivering financial performance. The role requires strong business acumen, leadership competencies, and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations
• Experience in managing inventory turnover and waste reduction strategies
• Forklift Certification
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email) required
• Open shift availability required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must maintain all training and required certifications
