Job Description
BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Club Manager to lead the operations and profitability of a club, delivering on company strategic priorities and providing market-leading value on merchandise and services. The Club Manager will be responsible for managing talent, building a strong bench, and creating a club culture where team members feel challenged and encouraged to do their best.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager
- High school diploma and/or college degree preferred
- Open shift availability required
- At least 18 years of age
