The AI Adoption & Enablement Lead is responsible for helping BJ’s workforce effectively adopt and apply AI tools and capabilities across the enterprise. This role drives AI literacy, coordinates the AI Champion network, and supports the adoption of enterprise productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, digital operations, technology implementation, or a similar role at the intersection of business process and technology
- Genuine, hands-on fluency with enterprise AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) including practical prompting techniques and workflow integration
- Experience translating complex technology capabilities into practical guidance for non-technical business users
- Track record of driving technology adoption through direct engagement with end users (training, coaching, documentation, communities of practice)
- Comfort working with HR, L&D, and Communications teams to develop and deliver programs, without needing to own those functions
- Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to make AI tangible and accessible for skeptical or inexperienced audiences
- Demonstrated curiosity about the AI landscape—self-directed learning, experimentation, staying current on emerging tools and techniques
