AI Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are a young organization in full growth, part of the Jungheinrich Group, a leading solutions provider for intralogistics. We are looking for an AI Business Analyst to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across business domains.

What You Will Do

Analyze existing workflows and processes to recommend AI-driven enhancements, project manage and coordinate internal or external implementation partners, and serve as a bridge between business teams and AI/technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience identifying transformation and automation opportunities within business processes
• Strong business analysis skills (process mapping, requirement elicitation, documentation)
• Awareness of Microsoft AI technologies such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure Agentic AI services, and Azure AI Foundry
• Experience or understanding of the Power Platform
• Foundational understanding of Agentic AI concepts and their application in business environments
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP software
• Prompt Engineering and fine-tuning prompts for business needs
