Job description
Teciem is seeking an AI Business Analyst to drive the strategic adoption of AI across the enterprise, upskilling employees and connecting business needs with technology. The role involves working closely with AI champions across functions, information services, and senior leaders to identify opportunities, define use cases, and manage governance frameworks.
Responsibilities include AI program management, opportunity identification, build vs buy analysis, governance & risk, training & communication, business case development, performance tracking, and innovation scouting.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in business analysis, strategy, or digital transformation, ideally within financial services or fintech, and familiarity with AI concepts (ML, NLP, GenAI) and their enterprise applications.
