Business Analyst - AI Projects

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team, working on AI-related projects for banking and financial services clients.

What You Will Do

Translate product roadmaps into business requirements, act as a bridge between business and AI/tech teams, document and optimize process flows, and improve business processes by proposing AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions
• Solid skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English and French/Dutch
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methods
