Job Description
The Mechanical Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation of refrigeration and mechanical systems for new clubs, remodels, and program rollouts, and managing a team of refrigeration specialists. The role requires a refrigeration trade school certificate or mechanical engineering degree, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a retail building environment.
Requirements
- Refrigeration Trade School certificate or Mechanical Engineering degree
- Minimum of 10 years related field and supervisory experience in a retail building environment
- Ten years plus working in the refrigeration field
- Working knowledge of retail HVAC and refrigeration systems design
- General familiarity of electrical systems
- Operational knowledge of computerized EMS System
