Requirements

• 1 year experience of overseeing a team of 5 or more employees within a professional setting
• Goal setting for performance and meeting deadlines
• Organizing workflow
• Assigning tasks, supporting staff, and reporting to Assistant Club Management
• Monitoring employee productivity
• Communicating with Club Leadership – relaying information
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including driving team member engagement, managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results.
• Able to own and deliver against strategic initiatives and objectives.
• Committed to driving outstanding service to all Members.
• Open shift availability required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous order pulling experience preferred
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred
• Computer proficiency required
