Requirements
- 1 year experience of overseeing a team of 5 or more employees within a professional setting
- Goal setting for performance and meeting deadlines
- Organizing workflow
- Assigning tasks, supporting staff, and reporting to Assistant Club Management
- Monitoring employee productivity
- Communicating with Club Leadership – relaying information
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including driving team member engagement, managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results.
- Able to own and deliver against strategic initiatives and objectives.
- Committed to driving outstanding service to all Members.
- Open shift availability required
- Must be 18 years of age
- Previous order pulling experience preferred
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required
