Job Description
Manage tire bay operations, supervise team members, and ensure proper installation and repairs of tires at BJ's Wholesale Club.
Requirements
- Open availability
- Previous tire installation/alignment, customer service, invoicing, and supervisory experience
- Leadership skills, business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
