Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in creative roles (agency or in-house)
- Experience working on brand and integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong in concepting while staying hands-on with execution
- Collaborative with cross-functional teams and able to communicate ideas clearly
- Comfortable giving direction and feedback to creative team members
- Familiar with digital platforms, social media, and performance-driven content
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
