A leading boutique law firm in Toronto is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to take on sophisticated securities disputes, regulatory enforcement matters, and shareholder litigation in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years post call Litigation experience at a reputable law firm
- Member of good standing with the LSO
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience handling matters before securities regulators is a strong asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment
