Job Description
Legal Counsel role dealing with general commercial work, including commercial contracts, IP & Media, Litigation and Property. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts.
Requirements
- Called to the Bar in England & Wales
- Excellent academics and training with a City firm or a nationally recognized firm
- Solid commercial experience of at least five years in private practice (excluding training contract years)
- Strong planning and multitasking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Be a client-facing and entrepreneurial team player
- Comfortable working alongside other senior lawyers on complex matters or running their own matters independently
- Train and supervise trainees/junior associates
