Job Description
In-House Litigation Counsel to take ownership of commercial disputes and litigation strategy. Opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers and handle substantive litigation work. Fully remote role with periodic in-person court appearances in Toronto.
Requirements
- Around 5 to 15 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Experience gained at a leading law firm or comparable in-house environment
- Proven ability to run litigation files independently, including Commercial List matters
- Trial experience and reported decisions strongly preferred
- Strong judgment and comfort operating in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
- Ability to translate legal risk into clear, business-oriented recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ontario-based, with availability for Toronto court appearances
