Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Counsel, M&A with 2-6 years of corporate M&A experience to join our client, a private equity firm in Downtown Toronto.
Requirements
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of transaction documents
- Review and negotiate various firm-related agreements, contracts, and supporting documentation
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate closely with internal teams
