Job Description
We are seeking a Paralegal to support our Corporate Law team in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of corporate law experience and excellent French language skills.
Requirements
- Senior profile preferred: 7–10 years of corporate law experience, transactional expertise.
- Open to intermediate profiles: 4–5 years of experience.
- Excellent command of French; English is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive.
