Job Description
The Marketing Specialist is a self-driven candidate who excels in meeting deadlines and collaborates effectively with diverse teams to produce persuasive and standout deliverables.
Requirements
- Prepare on-time and compliant responses to multiple concurrent client pursuits by developing persuasive and high-quality proposals and presentations.
- Provide peer review and QA/QC on marketing and proposal materials, as assigned.
- Maintain marketing files and data in Microsoft Teams, Deltek, Adobe, InDesign, and OpenAsset with project, contact, team, and prospect information.
- Actively communicate and collaborate with the internal Marketing and BD Team.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet requirements and deadlines.
- Periodic travel to other BKF offices or off-site locations may be required.
- Assist with other projects and assignments, as needed.
