Job Description
BKF Engineers is seeking a Project Accountant to join their accounting team. The role involves managing accounts and documentation, preparing invoices, and reviewing project costs. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and experience in the Architecture or Engineering industry.
Requirements
- Support the month-end closing process and reconciliations
- Prepare invoices for clients and review draft invoices for appropriate labor and expense charges
- Research client invoicing questions and fulfill client requests for invoice support documentation
- Prepare project financial reports (i.e. WIP aging, AR aging, project budget vs actual)
- Support project managers in project setup and project maintenance in Deltek Vision
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve project billing issues
- Perform other assignments as required
