Job Description
BKF is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and grow our Land Development practice in the Northern California region. This role is ideal for a California licensed P.E. with a strong track record of business development and successful delivery of complex land development projects.
Requirements
- Lead planning, design, and project management efforts for a wide range of land development projects
- Manage projects through all phases, including feasibility, entitlement, due diligence, grading and drainage design, utility design, permitting, and construction support
- Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, including developers, architects, surveyors, and reviewing agencies, to ensure successful project delivery
