Legal Counsel

BlaBlaCar is looking for a talented and business-oriented tech company experienced lawyer to join the Legal team on a permanent contract. The role involves providing support to carpool business teams on multiple legal practice areas and working closely with operational teams.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience as a qualified lawyer from an EU country
• Experience in start-ups and new technology companies
• Knowledge and experience in dealing with e-commerce, platform regulation, and consumer protection
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Business-oriented, creative, and solution-driven mind-set
• Experience creating and managing processes and moving large-scale projects forward
