Job Description
Black & Veatch is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to lead business development, planning, and design of stormwater improvements. The role involves regulatory compliance, project management, and client relationships in the Colorado market, contributing to the company's growth and fostering innovation. This position is employee-owned and offers hybrid work options.
Requirements
- Lead business development efforts through identifying and capturing services.
- Develop and execute planning and water resource projects.
- Proficiency with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, EPA/PC/XP-SWMM, StormWise, InfoWorks, EFDC, CFD, ArcGIS, Cityworks, Lucity, or other asset management/CMMS systems.
- Experience with regulatory requirements and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent) and 11+ years related work experience.
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant water resources model applications.
