Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with extensive IT experience in large enterprise implementation projects, proficient in configuring ServiceNow modules and integrating with third-party applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules, excellent communication skills, and experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
Requirements
- Extensive IT experience working within a large enterprise on implementation projects
- Proficient in configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules and integration with third-party applications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- CAD and Implementation certifications are preferred
