As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing facility-wide Continuous Improvement Programs, training operators in Lean concepts, and promoting a Lean culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Demonstrated track record of implementing lean manufacturing tools and techniques
- Strong, direct project management experience in a manufacturing operations setting
- Proficiency with MS Office and 2D Computer Aided Design (CAD)
