Account Executive - Lincoln, RI

We are seeking a focused, competitive, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Sales Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience closing deals of various sizes with diverse clients and possess exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone. The role involves fostering strong client relationships, identifying business requirements, and working closely with technical recruiters to align ideal candidates with job opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3+ years of sales or recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant shifting demands
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups
