Job Description
Black Duck Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Desktop Engineer to oversee technology operations at their Bengaluru facility, including desktop support, infrastructure, networking, and systems administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of IT experience, with exposure to both desktop support and infrastructure management
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Okta, networking, and hardware troubleshooting
- Hands-on networking experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices
