Senior Accounting Manager

Black Duck Software, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Accounting to join their accounting management team. The role requires an engaged and collaborative leader with a balance of accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and financial management capability.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in accounting
• 3-5 years' experience as a Controller
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Familiarity with reporting requirements for European and Middle Eastern countries
• Flexibility and adaptability to standing up a new NetSuite environment to full production operations
• Robust knowledge in financial management and compliance
• Experience working in technology companies is preferred
• Proficiency with NetSuite is preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
