Job Description
Black Pearl has been exclusively retained by a major Academic Medical Center in the GCC to recruit a highly accomplished Nursing Director for a newly established, world-class Cancer Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Oncology Department
- Experience in commissioning oncology units and managing departmental operations
- Strong knowledge of oncology nursing practices, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience in staff development, mentoring, and leading interdisciplinary teams
- Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives and quality improvement programs
