We are hiring a Relationship Manager to acquire and grow High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) client relationships in the UAE.
Requirements
- Acquire preferred HNI & UHNI clients and consistently grow the active client base through referrals, networking, and channel partnerships.
- Manage allocated clients via regular telephone and in-person engagement, ensuring a premium service experience.
- Conduct risk profiling/suitability for mapped clients to support better advisory on investment and trading requirements.
- Formulate and execute sales plans to acquire new HNI customers and increase market penetration.
- Maintain a proactive approach to improving Capital Markets knowledge via continuous self-learning and training provided by the company.
- Liaise with internal client-facing teams to ensure a high standard of service and smooth client onboarding/coverage.
- Ensure a need-based product approach and drive appropriate product penetration across the client book.
