The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE) Analyst Programmer will assist in delivering the technical implementation and design of D365CE solutions, working with onshore and offshore development teams, and developing integration solutions between D365CE and third-party legacy systems. The developer will have extensive experience with.Net, JavaScript development for D365CE and will be aware of best practices across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- University graduate with a degree in computing or business discipline
- Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement Certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement / CRM Online
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience designing and developing D365CE extensions
- Experience in D365CE Configuration, Customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and standard reports development
- Knowledge of CRM functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Professional Services
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Service
- Experience working on Power Platform stack especially Power Apps & Power Automate
- D365CE Integration Development using supporting Microsoft technologies
- Experience in using Azure DevOps (VSTS) for source control
- Experience in using and configuring Azure DevOps build and release pipelines
- Technical knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting Services (SSRS) Integration Services and Analysis Services
- Data migration experience in-line with D365CE
- Experience in using third party tools for D365CE integration and migrations
- Experience and knowledge of D365CE Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons
- Experience working with off/near-shore team
- A proven track record of successful implementation of D365CE technological solutions
- Experience in a delivery-orientated IT environment using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Technical project documentation experience
