Dynamics 365 CE Consultant 1 role involves contributing to the delivery of high-quality business and software solutions to clients using knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities. The consultant will work closely with client teams and business stakeholders to organize, manage, and document workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions.

- Broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities
- Understanding of the broader Microsoft stack and ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions
- Willingness to develop knowledge of new functionality in Microsoft platforms
- Ability to articulate and present ideas and solutions
- Successful translation of business and customer needs into a great digital customer experience
- Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Power Platforms Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications
- University graduate with relevant degree in computing or business discipline
- Confident in own ability and demonstrates this to clients and colleagues
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks
- Client-centric approach with emphasis on client satisfaction
- Proven track record of successful implementation of solutions within medium to large client companies
- Experience in a delivery-orientated IT environment using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Business process mapping, modelling, and documentation knowledge
- Minimum 1-3 years hands-on proven functional experience in Power Platforms configuration
- Knowledge and good understanding of capabilities of one of D365 CE functional areas
