Job Description
The client is looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect to join their team in Malta. The role involves implementing various modules of Dynamics CRM, working closely with client teams and business stakeholders, and delivering high-quality business and software solutions.
Requirements
- University graduate with a relevant degree in computing or business discipline
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) & Power Platform Certifications are desirable
- Strong technical & functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform stack
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant implementation experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, etc.
- Strong experience in developing solutions that involve Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.
- Detailed knowledge of Customer Engagement, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Field Services
- Good understanding of Dataverse, customisations and development of Business Data Models
- Proven track record of leading technical team and delivering solutions for medium/large customers
- Excellent business requirement analysis, solution design, development, system verification and deployment strategies
