Requirements
- 3-5 years proven marketing experience, ideally in fintech or consumer payments, with a focus on product launches.
- Hands on experience in PPC, display ads, social media ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, and A/B testing for optimization.
- Ability to create engaging content and manage social media channels to build a community.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, design, support) to align messaging and optimize customer touchpoints.
- Ability to track and analyze marketing performance, and report on key metrics (e.g., CAC, CTR, conversion rates).
