Requirements
- Background in computer science, software engineering, or data science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building and managing technical software products, including end-to-end launches across multiple countries/regions
- Proven experience in payments across markets: local payment methods, multi-currency, FX/settlement, reconciliation, taxes/invoicing, PCI, KYC/AML, data privacy, and varied regulatory environments
- Clear, empathetic communicatorverbally and in writing
- Deep and unrelenting customer focus; motivated to improve users’ lives
- Thrive in collaborative environments with diverse stakeholders and subject-matter experts
- Can turn incomplete or conflicting inputs into solid, actionable plans
