Relocate to Malta Data Engineer (Consulting/Big 4)

Our client is a Microsoft Gold Partner looking for a talented Data Engineer to design and implement Business Intelligence and large-scale Data Analytics solutions for their customers.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing Azure Data solutions using services such as: Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Blob storage, Azure Cosmos DB
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
• Experience in OLAP technology and the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS/SSRS/SSAS)
• Understanding of Master Data Management and Data Governance frameworks
• Familiar with development approaches such as CI/CD and Microservices
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Customer-service oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Graduate-level education in Computer Science or a relevant field, or a widely recognised professional qualification at a comparable level
• Minimum of three (3) years working in a similar role
