Job Description
This Construction Manager role is responsible for coordinating construction on a project at the City of Commerce, CA, and requires mobilizing to the site for project duration. Union or Union management experience is strongly preferred. Underground High Voltage Transmission and Substation experience is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Manages and coordinates all on-site subcontractor activities for compliance with the CPM schedule
- Monitors and enforces compliance with subcontract requirements
- Implements the Project Construction Execution Plan
- Supervises and mentors all superintendents
- Monitors and reports on construction productivity and schedule performance
