Job Description
Design-Build Project Manager - Water Business. Lead large Design Build/Service projects, including risk to safety, cost, schedule, quality and client relationship. Manage teams of multi-discipline professionals, coordinate activities, and provide for successful project execution.
Requirements
- 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience with demonstrated leadership experience in Texas market
- Professional Engineering License; Bachelor's degree in technical discipline
- Understanding of budgets and financial metrics
- Contract negotiation skill including knowledge of terms, risks, pricing and payment terms
