Requirements
- Leverages existing and continues to build industry relationships to inform go to market strategy and offering development
- Leads a team to define and/or implement strategies and solutions related to AMI grid modernization, data analytics, and/or customer engagement
- Defines working relationships with team members and management from within the client’s organization
- Develops applicable knowledge bases by using best practices to redefine tools and techniques
- Implements project management capabilities including but not limited to: managing client expectations, sub-task delegation and work stream resourcing, and risk project management
- Leads high quality project execution, including: deliverable quality control, scope assessment/feasibility, and issue resolution
- Anticipates challenges, and implements strategies to minimize issues, leveraging team members skills and expertise as appropriate
- Builds onto existing tools and capabilities for project delivery, including: project artifacts, tools, or processes
- Maintain a working knowledge of market and technology trends applicable to water distribution utilities
