Blackapple Solutions Ltd is looking for an ITSM Process Consultant to implement ITSM processes as per ITIL 2011 best practices, handle end-to-end ITSM implementation, and provide guidance and support to delivery teams.
Requirements
- Experience in implementing ITSM Processes as per ITIL 2011 best practices
- Capable of handling end to end ITSM implementation
- Provide guidance and support to delivery teams in implementing and improving service management processes
- Define process KPI's and metrics to monitor and manage process performance
- Conduct process maturity assessments/ gap analysis as per ITIL / ISO 20000 best practices and prepare management reports
- Align IT service management processes as per customer needs and industry leading practices
- Participate in internal audits
- Aware of various service management tools like BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, HP Serviced manager etc.
- ITIL certified at intermediate level (minimum SO, ST and SD), ITIL Expert preferred
- ISO 20000 Implementer / Practitioner certified
- 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management
- Effective communicator and excellent presentation skills
