Product Engineer - Full Remote

We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the design and development of innovative web and mobile applications. The role requires experience in backend development in Python, frontend development in React and React Native, and architecture of scalable and reusable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a focus on user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software development
• Strong backend expertise in Python
• Solid grasp of frontend technologies
• Proficiency with Python, Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
• Experience with React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and knowledge of mobile CI/CD and performance best practices
• Comfort with AI tools to support dev productivity and automation
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex issues and delivering high-quality results
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setup
• Focused on user experience and able to turn business needs into scalable tech solutions
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a distributed, agile startup environment
