Job Description
Join our team as a Product Engineer and help build ambitious products in a flexible, fast-paced environment. You will lead the design and development of web and mobile applications, focusing primarily on backend development in Python, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong backend expertise in Python
- Solid grasp of frontend technologies
- Proficiency with Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and mobile CI/CD
- Comfort with AI tools to support dev productivity and automation
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setup
- Focused on user experience and able to turn business needs into scalable tech solutions
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a distributed, agile startup environment
