As an Engineering Manager, you will shape the technical strategy and lead the evolution of our Data Platform team. You will lead a team of talented data engineers, fostering their growth while driving innovation and excellence in a data-driven, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, ideally with previous hands-on software engineering experience and a background as a data engineer
• Experience managing and growing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Deep understanding of auction systems, marketplaces, or ride-hailing platforms, with a focus on driving tailored and attractive offers
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and active engagement in decision-making
• Decisive and confident in handling complex situations
• Passionate about fostering team growth, with a proven track record of mentoring and supporting individual development
