Job Description
As an Engineering Manager - Platform, you will lead a team of engineers to transform our platform into a cohesive internal product, establishing a 'paved road' for our product teams to ship with zero friction. Your mission is to bridge the gap between 'infrastructure' and 'developer success'.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong opinions on how things should be done, but able to disagree and commit to move forward
- Experience in driving complex initiatives to completion
- Ability to communicate regularly with other Engineering Managers and manage their expectations
