Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst at Blacklane, you will be at the forefront of our data-driven initiatives, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your role will involve developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and meet their data needs, and conducting advanced statistical analyses.

Requirements

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key metrics.
• Own part of our data transformation layer where we apply data modeling techniques (via dbt) to transform raw data into analytics-friendly data assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks.
• Develop domain expertise in a set of business domains (e.g. Product, Marketing, Operations or Sales) to become a valuable partner to our business stakeholders
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
