PCBA Soldering Technician

As a people-driven technology company, Blackline Safety is growing and seeking a PCBA Soldering Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will perform soldering and assembly tasks on electronic components and circuit boards according to industry standards and company specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and supporting production schedules.

Requirements

• Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components on PCBs
• Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Operate soldering equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Perform rework and repair of PCBs as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with ESD and safety protocols
• Document work performed and report any defects or process issues to the supervisor
• Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
