Job Description
The Advisory Manager will lead the Naturopathic Advisory team in providing world-class service through product knowledge, naturopathic expertise, and customer understanding. The role includes managing the team, improving processes, and handling customer complaints and crisis situations.
Requirements
- Degree qualification in Naturopathy or related field
- Accreditation with a recognised professional association
- Advanced complementary medicine knowledge
- Understanding of Pharmacist, Practitioner, and Consumer information needs
- Ability to research, source, and critically evaluate technical information
- Ability to help train and support team members
- Previous clinical experience in Health Food Store or Pharmacy
- Experience in quality complaint management and/or pharmacovigilance
