Job Description
Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) is seeking an Associate to join their Emerging Markets investment team to evaluate and execute investment opportunities across energy, transportation, digital, and water and waste sectors, with a primary focus on Latin America.
Requirements
- Conduct market research, financial modeling and analysis, and overall project management
- Collaborate with deal team members on aspects of new platform investments, add-on investments, divestitures, and related financings
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support transaction negotiations
- Provide hands-on support to portfolio companies
