Associate - Funds Data Stewardship

The Associate - Funds Data Stewardship position supports the Data Stewardship Team in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data for BlackRock and its clients. The role involves working with internal and external parties, developing governance and oversight models, and advocating for the use of technology to drive innovation. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish process improvements and manage data-related changes.

Requirements

• Design data engineering solutions to drive scale and automation for establishing governance and oversight on firm and 3rd party Fund Data
• Strengthen relationships to gain business insight and proactively identify Fund Data needs
• Establish what is standard vs non-standard processes, ensure this is understood by stakeholders
• Query Management – Resolve internal and external product and data queries in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Distribution Workflow – Manage daily, weekly, and quarterly data distribution workflows, ensuring adherence to defined schedules and controls
• Onboarding & Change – Partner with stakeholders to support product onboarding and manage data-related changes across the distribution lifecycle
